WP Upgrade and Shopping Cart question

I have a few questions:
1) How can I incorporate a shopping cart into my WP site?
2) I am already paying $100 for an upgrade on one of my blog sites. Do I need to pay the same amount to upgrade another of my websites?
3) Is there a limit to the number of people who can sign up to receive email updates through WP?Thanks!

(2) Yes. Each upgrade is for one blog and for one year.
(3) No.You can’t add a shopping cart to a free hosted WordPress.com blog – period. Provided you are referring only to products you personally create or any service you personally provide you can use the Buy It Now or Donate buttons following the instructions in the support documents; any other code will be stripped out. http://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/

You cannot. Ecommerce software will be stripped out here, for security and Terms of Service reasons.
