WP url taken and not used. How to contact?

  Hi. I want to change the url of my blog from Teemwork to temework. But temework.wordpress.com is taken.

  However the temework.wordpress.com site doesn’t appear to have been used since 2007!

  How can I get hold of the owner to ask him to relinquish the domain?
