WP wants to connect to unrelated FB pages

I’m having trouble with publicizing. When I try to publicize posts to my personal Facebook page WordPress asks for permission to connect to two pages I manage on FB. These pages have nothing to do with my personal blog and I have no wish to allow WP to connect to those pages that aren’t even mine alone.
If I deny however they just throw me out and say that there has been an error. I’ve tried three times now and it’s always the same.
I want to be able to publicize to my personal page without having to give WP access to unrelated pages I manage along side a bunch of other people.
Is that not possible anymore?

Yeah, I’ve read that but that not what’s happening for me as can see if you read the post again. I can publicize – but only if I allow WordPress to connect to pages that have nothing to do with my blog.

You are not alone. There are several Facebook issues and other with the one you have and Staff is looking into all of them. This thread has ben flagged for their attention.

Good that this issue has come to wordpress attention! It must be fixed. I also have pages that belong to my work that I absolutely not want wordpress to have access to.
