WP will not update it’s version

  In my dashboard it says “WordPress 2.8.4 is available! Please update now.”

  When I click it I get this error:

  Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2357046 bytes) in /home3/brockway/public_html/site/wp-includes/http.php on line 1331

  I don’t have a clue.

  Sorry, you are in the wrong forum and need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
