WP will not upload JPG file to blog header

  Tried to upload jpg photo to blog home page per directions but it will not upload? Solution?

  Also did you optimize and presize it before you uploaded it? I see you are using the Twenty Ten theme. Images of exactly 940 × 198 pixels will be used as-is for headers.
