WP won’t allow me to add users in the admin area

    Hello-

    For some reason I cannot add a new user (in this case, an admin.)

    I will populate all the fields, and then click “Add User” and then the screen refreshes and all the fields go blank and the user is not created.

    Can someone help me figure this out? Very much appreciated!

    Have you cleared your browser cache and tried it again? As well, what browser and Operating system are you doing this on. If this is a wordpress.com hosted blog, does the user already have an account on wordpress.com? If not, you would have to use the ‘invite’ page instead. If this is a downloaded version of WP on another host, check out http://wordpress.org/support/
