WP won't take my credit card URGENT
-
My domain mapping is about to expire on two days, and the site is not accepting any of my credit cards, even I know they are legit. Can someone help while apparently everyone at WP is on vacation?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@kai: I can see your domain thequotidian.org as renewed, so it looks like you were able to complete the transaction. Please let us know if you need help with this!

Yes, it turns out that it wasn’t working just for the auto-renew, and it still doesn’t. The single year renewal function did work, but it would be nice to get the auto renew working as well. Is anyone else having this problem?
Thanks,
Kai

Hi Kai, so what happens when you click on “Enable Auto Renew”? Also, to double-check – is your credit card expiration date later than the renewal date?
-
I am able to fill in all of my credit card details, but each time it says that payment was not authorized. I tried this with multiple cards and none expire in the next year.

thequotidian, unfortunately we have no access to information on why cards are declined, so you’ll need to contact your card provider for details.

There’s no issue with my cards, I use them every day. There is/was definitely something wrong with the auto renew function for my blog, in one way or another.

@thequotidian: As a former bank employee, I can tell you this: if you are doing a transaction that is even remotely different from your regular pattern of transactions, your card may be declined. That’s only one of a zillion possible explanations. So really, even if you claim your card is accepted everywhere, you should contact the company that issued your card to get an explanation.
