WP Yearly Subscription Paymenr Processing Issue

Hi all, I’m trying to pay for a yearly subscription upgrade on wordpress.com but it’s stuck on a “processing ….. finalising your order” page. Is it normal for it to take an age? Any advice is welcome. I’ve tried twice now.
