wp_signon not working on website but it works on localhost

  wp_signon() not working on website but it works on localhost.
  I am making custom login for my website, and can’t understand how to solve this problem. When i log in on localhost it works just fine (as subscriber) but on live version it doesn’t do anything. Cookies are set, but after refresh there is no cookies, maybe that is a clue.
  I looked into other sources to solve this problem, but none of it worked for me.
