You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If the login information has been lost go to

https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-passwordIf required use the account recovery form

This is the English wordpress.com technical support forum. To get help and instructions in your language post to Svenska (Swedish): http://sv.forums.wordpress.com

Thankyou for your answer. It was helpful. Now I can work with the admin-panel.
And thankyou for the adress to the Swedish forums.
I would like to see the WP-AdminPanel as a choice to click on at the bottom of the “left menu”.
How can I see that?
My friends Jennifer and Elisabeth can see it like that.
Best regards Carola -
I’m afraid new sites are no longer given the option of accessing wp-admin directly from the dashboard. The link is still available at the bottom of the left menu for more established sites however. The best you can do is to bookmark it in your browser. After all it is still only one click from there.
