wpbakery not working

    I purchased wpbakery license on Sep 2018 in envato, when i recently go to my wordpress and want to change my pages, i found i can’t use it. I tried to re-download my license from envato and re-installed in wordpress, it looks like updated, but i still can’t use the wpbakery. Please give me advise. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff), which also used as my envato account.
