WPBakery post truncation issue

  I used WPBakery Page Builder to create my page at

  Online Course Testimonials

  I need to truncate some of the text blocks but for some reason the Truncation/Read More tab doesn’t seem to work.

  Can anyone help me?

  I’d suggest asking the WP Bakery support team, they may be able to advise more: https://support.wpbakery.com/.

  The community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ will also be more experienced with plugins. Here, on these forums, we can only help with sites created on our platform.

  To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
