WPBEGINNER Nightmare

    I am having a problem with WPBeginner building my simple website containing only research notes. I was told in September that within 30 days I would have my website ready to be hosted. Based on that statement I  paid the them $1299  for the build and re-confirmed with the team assigned for the build that they worked for wpbeginners.All my research data  were given, and accepted,  by the team on 9/21.

    On 9/26 they said they started on the design of the  build.

    .I was to tell 2 institutions when my website was ready and using Thanksgiving date as a for sure date, which, based on the 30 finish date,would allow a couple weeks for any research changes.It is now over 60 days and except for seeing page 1, my selection menu that I sent them with my data on 9/21 I haven’t seen anything that resembles any type of website.Asking  for a completion date

    I am being told they are discussing it..

    I assume at this late stage I can’t get my money back.

    I have notified support at WPBegginer on what’s is, or more importantly,  not going on and haven’t received any response, though they have my emails that were sent to their builders.

    I am out of my element here and looking for answers.

    We can’t help as wpbeginner is in no way related to the wordpress.com platform. You have to solve those problems yourself.
