WPBlockart Plugin Fatal Error

    Hi,

    Im really hoping someone may be able to shed some light on what is going on for me. I am not an experienced user and have recently had a major issue to do with the WPBlockart plugin and the site. I presume it is something to do with the auto-updates.

    I continually get an email stating fatal error and when i go to edit a page on my website it says ‘Your site doesn’t include support for the ‘blockart/section’ block. You can leave this block intact, convert its content to a Custom HTML block, or remove it entirely.’. this is on every section block on the site (i have basically the entire site in sections’ converting to HTML changes all the design and im unable to modify it.

    In other errors the whole of wordpress is going haywire. I can’t add new users, i can’t get rid of the plugin popups on the dashboard, changing images or anything is very difficult, clicking quick edit on anything doesn’t work, everything just seems off and im not sure what to do to make sure the whole site doesn’t suddenly look terrible and I have to rebuild everything from scratch.

    Any advice or help would be really appreciated!

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host land4life.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, and we offer a migration plugin that will help you move your site to our managed hosting in just a few clicks. Unfortunately though, as it stands now, we are not able to help since it is hosted elsewhere.
