WPCHRG.com 18$ Charge

  I have been charged with 18$ from WPCHRG.com but I want to cancel it since it was not something I did. But I cant see the billing in my account. It may be from other accounts that I might have but I don’t know which account.
  Can you please help?
  The data in the creadit card detail is like this:
  WPCHRG.COM WPCHRG.COM 877-273-3049 US

  Hi there,

  Have you gone to wpchrg.com and tried searching for the transaction there? That page also has an option for you to contact our billing department privately so they can get additional info from you that we need to track down the transaction.

  The only upgrade on WordPress.com that costs $18 is a custom domain, and your account does not own any domains, nor any other upgrades on WordPress.com.

  Yes I have tried wpchrg.com and I was able to find the transaction. I have sent the case via the contact form and got no reply yet. Should I write again?

  I see you submitted that ticket 1 hour ago. Our billing team is good, but they’re not that good :D

  It looks like the case has already been assigned to someone, so please be patient while they investigate and they’ll reply to you as soon as they can.
