  I make my own natural medicines. I’d like to sell them on wp.com
  All I see to use is donate via Paypal.
  I have no problem with no drop down menus, and just use the BUY NOW buttons.
  I read on the forums that if the items for sale are hand made this is a qualifier.
  Is this allowed on wp.com?

  Yes, that is allowed. It is, however, kind of clunky compared to the proper ecommerce you can use with a WP.org install.

  Is there a documentation validating that?

  I wouldn’t want to have a site up and it be removed by wp. That’s bad business.

  WP.org seems too laborious.

  If I add Paypal to my items that would do it.

  There are a few hundred threads in the forum where staff have reiterated that it’s okay to sell your own products.
