WP.com not WP.org

Oh, it’s okay. I found a post about feed burner that helped me understand why you said that.
BTW, I’m not only .org user but a Habari user too!
Welcome to the .org world!
-
I don’t even know what Habari is :(
And you’ll probably be hearing from me on the .ORG stuff ;)
-
And I just marked another 4 posts this morning. Are we just talking amongst ourselves here?

So, I notice that in the month since I posted the thread, the wp.org tag has appeared in the tag cloud and is growing in size. Well done, everyone! Soon I expect that the largest tag on the wp.com forum will be wp.org and the confusion will be complete…
-
Yep. And it’s a real shame. We offered some concrete suggestions in this thread as to a way to keep those users away from there. I know they have been busy with the 2.7 release, but in the meantime, it’s been a real PITA.

/So rain was right, "Adsense, WP.org, other"I’m confused by this reply with the statement “other”
-
@teck07-referring to rosclarke’s mention of forum tags. I understood from rain’s comment somewhere else on the board that only three are needed (and please don’t make me go look for it because it’s WAAAY past my bedtime, but I imagine it was a thread that dealt with one of those three topics). ;)

lol vivian, I will never eat pita bread again without giggling.
-
Glad to have made you giggle ;)
Seriously, though, this problem is growing, instead of minimizing. And let me reiterate my own stance: I will not help anyone without a link to their blog. It’s much too tedious to try to help only to discover they are not hosted here.
-
@vivian-not to worry. With the upcoming change to the dashboard, it’s going to be interesting times around here. (Interesting as in the Chinese curse.)
@teck07-oh DOH! your joke went right over my head. haha

Figured I’d bump this up and hope that Christmas morning, we’ll see some of the suggested changes. Now that would be a nice present.

Yes, someone today e-mailed me about site hosting and design and other crap like that and I referred them to the sticky note, I wasn’t sure what they wanted really.
