WP.com openID uses blog name instead of username.

  I’m not sure if this is a problem with blogger.com (and perhaps other sites), or wordpress.com, but here goes:

  my username is naught101. I have a blog (my primary, and only operation blog), http://eco101.wordpress.com. I like to use this blog as my openID URL.

  The problem is that when I do use it as such on blogger.com, my username on that blog appears as “eco101”, and not “naught101”.

  Is there any way to change it so that my name appears as “naught101”, but it still links to eco101.wordpress.com?

  Odd, I tried removing the blogger.com reference from my wordpress.com openID settings page, and tried doing it again, and it worked, for one post, then didn’t work for another, one the same site… anyone have any ideas?

  I had so many problems using open ID, that I don’t use it at all anymore.

  I just type the URL when I comment on Blogger.com or Livejournal.
