-
May I please get your help, with transferring my clients Subscribers from their .com blog, to the new WordPress.org website that we’re launching soon? Thank you very much! -Jen D
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please go ahead and install and activate Jetpack on your self-hosted WordPress.
Then connect Jetpack to WordPress.com and reply with your URL for your site:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
A staff member will then help you with the transfer of subscribers.

Hi there!
I’m sorry for the late reply, thank you for being so prompt with your responses, and I was not :s It’s gotten quite busy, and I admit, forgetting about this post *oops!*
We’d still like this to be done — I will contact [client], preform the necessary steps listed, and will contact a staff member at this address!
Thanks very much for your help!! :) -

*Curious: Once the new site’s synced through JetPack — if we decide to delete the old blog, will the Subscribers remain on the new site? Thanks!!!
-
Before you delete the old blog we can transfer both the subscribers and site stats to your new site.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi all!! Thank you for your continued patience with me, I appreciate it! **I appears that my clients’ site does not have “wordpress.com” specific in the URL — The URL for the blog is: http://blog.itc.mb.ca/
*I’ve been having troubles syncing JetPack with this blogged, even while logged into the Dashboard; I’ve used the username and password provided. *Am I doing something wrong? Thank you!! -
*Update, I’m a dork :) **Is this a sub-domain then [off their main site] — If this is the case, I apologize for misinformation! Sorry, guys!
**If this is a sub-domain, is there a way to export the subscriber information, without having to jump into their database?
Thank you!!!! Ooh!! And happy holidays!! :D -
I currently don’t see any linked blogs under your account and I don’t see Jetpack enabled on http://blog.itc.mb.ca/.
If you’re having Jetpack issues please try to disable all other plugins on your site. Then go to the Jetpack page in your blog’s dashboard to set up the connection with WordPress.com
If that doesn’t work for you then please follow the steps below:
1) Go to the Jetpack page in your dashboard.
2) Click on “Help” tab in the upper right side of the page and click the link for “Jetpack Debugging Center.”
3) Click the link that says “click here to contact Jetpack support.”
4) Fill in the description box and your name and email address.
5) Click the “Contact Support” button. Thanks!
