Hello, again. I managed to save all of my content that WordPress had prevented me from accessing because I couldn’t afford to continue with the ‘Creator’ account. Since I haven’t received a response to my queries for days, I ended up forking out to get the ‘Creator’ plan so I could download my content, then wanted to downgrade back to the ‘Explorer’ plan, so I could restore the hard work I put in to my new-look website, yet there was no option to downgrade & instead, all plans were deleted & now, the domain I’ve been paying for for years can’t be used. I tried to upgrade to a 1-year ‘Explorer’ plan, to restore my domain, yet it won’t work. I need my website to work for my job!! Also, why does it take seconds to take £460+ off me, yet could take up to 10 days to refund it? Please refund my money immediately. I’ve been loyal to WordPress for years – please help me and repair the significant stress you’ve caused. This is all associated to my job, having a professional website is paramount. Please, fix what you’ve done. Thanks.
