WPForms in WordPress

  I have the WPForms plugin on my WordPress site and clients are unable to submit the forms. They receive the message: ‘The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.’

  I have updated the plugin, but wondering if there is a reason this is not compatible. This is seeming to be an issue on mobile devices.

  Correct account: Yes

  We can’t help with third party plugins. You must contact support of that plugin.
