  I am creating my NGO website gogreenfoundation.org and there I have put the option of checkbox and drop-down but the checkbox is not appearing and the contents in the fields are also not appearing whenever I am selecting anything it is showing me none. Please, if anyone could help this would be an excellent help for me cause I have tried this with code also but not working with the code as well.   I see that checkbox does not appear on your website.
  But I also do see that your website is using open source WordPress.org software and is hosted on GoDaddy.com as I can see here: https://hostingchecker.com/. Let me note that this forum is dedicated to WordPress.com users who have hosted their websites on WordPress.com.
  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere.
