WPForms – submissions not coming in to my designated ‘recipient’ email address

    I’ve installed the WP Forms Plugin and created an application form and have embedded it into my website. I’ve attached 3 emails where the responses are supposed to be sent; however, only 1 is receiving submissions. The two that aren’t are a gmail account and an AOL account. Suggestions????

    Hi there – It sounds like you may be using WordPress on another host (besides WordPress.com). If that’s the case, no worries! Just head over to the community support forums (at WordPress.org) and post this question there: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/

    In addition to knowing that, since this involves a plugin, I highly recommend directing your energy to the plugins creators themselves: https://wpforms.com/

    I see a documentation and support area there, so my hope is that using the methods above you’ll find the solution you’re needing to get this working correctly. :)

    The reason I’m directing you to these resources is because these support forums are for sites hosted at WordPress.com. There’s a difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org.
