WP's built in SEO tool -where is it?

  Hi! I read that WordPress has a built-in SEO tool, but I can’t seem to find where it is! I know you guys used to allow plugins for free accounts but that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. Where can I find this ‘built in SEO tool’?

  SEO is the way the whole blog is built – no special “tool” so to speak – use good practices
