WP's pop-up chat window

    I was browsing my stats tonight and a little chat box popped up in the bottom right corner saying “Can we help?” or something like that. I closed it but it popped up again. (I’ve been on WP for 7 years. I don’t need help browsing my stats.) Annoyed, I opened the window and typed something about bugging me unnecessarily with offers of help and repeated questions about why I don’t like the new stats page (how often do I have to answer those before you stop asking and taking up my screen space with them?)

    A short chat with “Mahangu” followed and then I closed the window. But it kept popping back up. It even started bugging me with some audio sound to get my attention. I kept closing it and went on to edit a draft I was working on. It popped up on that screen too. It wouldn’t stay closed. It kept popping up and opening, with the repeated message “Oops, our operators have all stepped away for a moment. If you don’t hear back from us shortly, please try again later. Thanks!” I wasn’t trying! I wanted it closed! Gone! And I couldn’t enter another comment because the space to do so was now gone. WP, your chat window needs a lot of work!!
