  Hi! It looks like there are a few issues at play here:

  – There were a few plan purchases followed by chargebacks

  – You cancelled your old domain

  – I can see you bought a plan again, but I’m not sure of the chargeback statuses

  Regarding the domain, did you want to restore the old one or buy a new one? The domain has its own renewal fee (again, which was cancelled) but I can send an invoice if needed. We’ll just want to get on that quickly before the domain enters redemption.

  Regarding the chargebacks, when you file a fraud report rather than asking for a refund, there’s usually an investigation that can take a while to sort out. Are you able to cancel those so we can simply refund instead?

  It’s possible the chargebacks will get in the way of that, but it’s worth a try.
