Write array value in database auto incremental table

Hi all, I’m not familiar with databases and I’m having some trouble, I have a manually written html/css/js configurator that returns an array of 11 values with the user’s choices and I should write them somewhere so that they are always consumable for needs.
Is there any way to write this information to the database? Wp doesn’t give me the ability to link directly to php files, so the solutions found around don’t work. i have already created the folder in the database and tried dozens of methods but nothing seems to work, any ideas or alternatives?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, nor can we help with self-written scripts.

As you have a self-hosted site, you must solve this problem yourself. You could try to get help in the documentation or the forums of wordpress.org. It’s also possible your hosting limits the access to the database.
