  The write sign is no where to be seen on my blog. Then it comes up I have no wordpress which I do. Please help.

  Are you sure you are logging in(as in this thread ) with the same email address where these two accounts exist?

  Missing write sign could be due to a temporary cache issue related to your browser.
  You can clear it and check again: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
