Write botton and Add New Post button does not work

    I have Published many posts, this month the Write button and the Add New Post button lead to a blank screen. Where is the Post or Draft button, or does my account, or the design template, not allow new posts? Greetings, (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    The site I need help with is edmondfurter.wordpress.com.

    Also, my Edit button goes to the same blank page ‘…calypsofy…’. Could this be caused by an outdated browser? Or Internet cable capacity in South Africa?

    Hi there – Thank you for sharing your experience. That it’s been happening for the entire month sounds really frustrating. We’re looking into an ongoing issue and the experience you are describing sounds like it could be related. Could you let us know which computer operating system you are using, and the web browser as well? For example, are you using Windows 10 with Microsoft Edge? Thanks!

    As a potential temporary fix, try installing the Google Chrome browser. Log into your account through Chrome and see if you can create a new post without the blank screen getting in the way. Let us know if this works for you.
