Writing draft posts

When I am writing a draft, it is supposed to save my work automatically every few minutes, or you can click on save and do it manually. Neither of these works, and the draft just ‘hangs’ while it is trying to save, but it won’t save. So I have to leave the page I am writing and when I come back later, it still hasn’t saved it.
