writing english article on arabic blog

    I have an Arabic blog, but I want to publish some articles in English, when I am trying to do, it is all seems good when I am in the editing mode, but by publishing the article, I find the alignment into “left to right”.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Are you able to share a link to the article you require help with? Or a name of the post please.

    Generally speaking, for changes of this style, you would probably need some custom CSS to make that change.

    You can see that the alignment is Right to left and the full stop is not in the right place.

    Hi there,

    When you switch your site to Arabic, it switches all text to RTL so it can be the case that content that is LTR will not display correctly. WordPress.com does not support a multilingual setup by default, so you would have to chose to have the entire blog in either English or Arabic, but would not be able to have both on the same site.

    Out of curiosity, how often do you plan to publish English Language content on your Arabic blog?

    If you plan to do it only occasionally you may want to try typing out your English text as a PDF (on your computer) and then embedding the English language PDF on your site so it displays visually there: https://en.support.wordpress.com/embedding-a-pdf-file/

    An embedded PDF will not inherit the RTL settings of your site, so it will display correctly.

    If instead you plan to publish English and Arabic pretty often, I would instead recommend that you add a “multilingual plugin” for WordPress: https://wordpress.com/plugins/uncertaintyblog.wordpress.com?s=multilingual
