Writing for blog already on site

  I write for a site on wordpress per invitation from the site’s editor. I have a wordpress account but i cannot work out how to link my account to the site and upload stories. I feel like this is a very simple request so i must have missed something. Are you able to please advise or provide the link so that i can do this?
