Writing posts and including media

  I cannot make posts, and include media in them. I get error or the page could not be displayed messages.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I cannot even save it as drafts, I get “Problem loading page” error, and refresh doesn’t help. Opening other websites – I do not have problems.

  Hi there,

  In checking your user account, I see that you have several blogs listed under it.

  Can you tell me the URL of the site you are having trouble with? Also, do you have only problems with certain actions in the site’s Admin Dashboard, or on the front end, or both?

  Regarding the error messages, is there any more information or error codes being displayed? Have you tried using a different browser to see if that clears up the issue?

  I tested a few things out on your site, such as saving a draft post, or adding media to a post, and could not duplicate the issue on my end.

  Can you try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies, try a different browser, or a different computer if you can, and see if the problem persists?

  It worked on Safari, but still doen’t work in Mozilla Firefox.

  Gotcha. Do you use any browser plugins with Firefox? Good idea to disable any that you have added to see if one of them are causing a conflict.

  If it works with them all turned off, then you can reactivate them one at a time, and narrow down where the conflict is and remove the browser extension causing the issue.
