Writing settings for smilies

  Hi. Looking to add smilies into posts. I found this:-

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/smilies/

  but when I went to Settings > Writing, the necessary option wasn’t there. Am I being dense? :)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I use only the old/classic admin page.
