  I am trying to get my desktop application to work with my domain, http://www.dnswatersports.com, but i think that it created its own website called dnswatersports.wordpress.com. I am just trying to link my real website with my wordpress.com application.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you trying to map from http://dnswatersports.wordpress.com/ to an existing domain? Mapping an existing domain is not done free of charge. You need to select a plan and purchase an upgrade to map to an existing domain. http://support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

  Hi there,

  If you already own dnswatersports.com, you can ‘map’ it to your WordPress.com site using Domain Mapping:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  As @timethief mentioned, you will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site and can use the free domain credit to map your domain.
