Wrong backup

  Hello, I am using WP File Manager to do my backups on my web page. I sadly restored the wrong backup and I want to go back. The backup also doesnt have any of the folders in the WP File manager and doesnt let me activate my theme or update my plug in. Any way I can resolve it?
