  Hey, question : I bought a mapping domain at 13$ / year and now I have a 99$ fee.
  Why that??

  Hi there!

  You purchased the WordPress.com Premium plan. This plan includes the following upgrades:

  • – Domain Name & Mapping
  • – 10 GB Space Upgrade
  • – No Ads
  • – Custom Design
  • – VideoPress

  You can see your upgrades through the dashboard at Store > My Upgrades.

  Does that clarify things?

  Let me know if you’d like to cancel the rest of the Premium package and just keep the domain.

  In fact, the only thing I take for all the sites I manage is :

  Custom Design at $30.00
  Domain Mapping at $13.00

  Don’t know why I’ve been charged for 99$….

  Want you to reimburse right away this $99, and keep only these:
  Custom Design at $30.00
  Domain Mapping at $13.00

  I’ve cancelled the rest of your Premium plan and kept the Custom Design and Domain Mapping upgrades active. And I’ve refunded $56 which is the original $99 minus the $13 for Domain Mapping and the $30 for Custom Design. Please note that it can take up to a week for the refund to appear on your bank account.

  i would like to stop paying yearly as i have stopped using this site/ stopped blogging, how do i stop paying? or cancel any future payments?

  You must be logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrade(s) at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades to cancel an upgrade and to disable auto-renew.
