Wrong billing date

  I got a notice that my premium will be auto renewed on the 16th. I was charged $99 for it on March 1, 2015. I thought it was supposed to go for 12 months, not 10 1/2. Please change my renewal date to march 1, 2016. Thanks!

  When it renews, your plan will have 12 months added to the current expiration date. The renewal is processed early to allow time to deal with any billing issue that might arise.
