Wrong blog address added after payment was taken

    I tried to register a .com, but received ‘dotcom.com’ instead. I applied for a refund, which I didn’t receive.
    I’ve now had to pay again for a .com & don’t know how to get a refund.
    I tried to get one the day after I ordered the first (wrong) one, now it says that I can’t have a refund because its over five days?!
