wrong blog title appearing in subscriber's email

  Hello,
  A subscriber told me my old blog name (before I upgraded to
  a specific domain) appears in the posts he gets via the email
  subscription.

  I’ve looked around and can’t find where we have control over
  what the subscriber sees.

  Any ideas?
