Wrong Blog URL and OpenID

  Hi
  When I started my blog I entered the wrong ID (missed off the “s”) at the end of my blog name. Since this is my business, I just want to change it. This means that my blog name and the OpenID name is wrong.
  How can I update these?

  You can absolutely change your blog name! To do so, you just need to follow the instructions which are included right here:

  Hi
  Thank you for your response – I’ve done that now and it was very easy! Will this automatically update my OpenID too?

  Also, those following, will they be redirected or do I need to get in touch with them to let them know of the (minor) change?

  Heya,

  Your followers will be updated and won’t need to re-follow you, however you can check this for yourself by going to your statistics page and then scrolling to the bottom and checking your subscribers.

  In regards to OpenID, I believe that this also will be updated automatically, however you will want to log in and verify this for yourself.
