Wrong charge on my card

    Hi there,

    I was employed by love the earth press two years ago. I used my own credit card on 18th August 2020 to pay the bill which is 120NZD. The transaction ID is [private]

    I did not work love the earth press since December 2020. On 19th July, I have been charged for 32NZD from WordPress, ID is [also prviate] Can you give me a refund of this and cancel my card ending with [redacted]? I think this is illegal they are doing this.

    Thank you so much for your help, What they did is so unacceptable.

    Since I cannot access love the earth press any more, I mean WordPress account, can you please also cancel the payment setting of my card?

    I can confirm there are no more stored credit cards under that account, that info was removed at the time all upgrades were canceled.
