I notice that you’ve got the WordPress.com Business plan in your checkout there, which means that the sky is pretty much the limit when it comes to theme selection, which is an excellent place to start.
Is there a site out there you like the look of or are trying to emulate? I can look to point you in the right direction with regards to that.
Additionally, what kind of functionality are you looking to have? (Appointments, bookings, contact forms…etc.)
We can point you in the right direction with that also.

Ok, so it looks like both of those offer Calendly booking forms, which is an external service from WordPress.com. That’s definitely something you can do if you’d not want to have a booking plugin that is installed/managed through your site! We have some information about our Calendly integration here:

I do have a company loan tools.com which can be added into the website. However happy to see if you can recommend some also.

WordPress.com doesn’t directly have that type of calculator, but the wider WordPress community over at WordPress.org has a large range of plugins which can be used with our Business plan:
The plugins are made by various different companies so I don’t really have any specific information on which is best. That said, in general if you’re looking for a plugin to add to your site, it’s useful to look at criteria such as how recently the plugin was updated, if it has some good reviews, and also if the plugin developer tends to respond in their support forum. I did find a few finance/calculator-type plugins when I searched on WordPress.org:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/loan+calculator/As it is, if your existing tool can be embedded on a WordPress site then you could absolutely use that too – no need to go hunting for an additional plugin in that case.
In terms of appearance, I don’t know if there is a specific theme that blends the informational and stylish looks of your two example websites, but it’d definitely be viable to build something which can capture both!
