Wrong country in my information is stopping me from buying an upgrade

Hey Community! I was working in Japan when I opened my account. Now I’m in the U.S., trying to buy an upgrade to get a custom domain name and get rid of the ads, and it’s saying I have the wrong country in my selection and charging me in yen instead of dollars. How can I get my account recognize I’m in the U.S. I already checked and changed my timezone.
