Wrong currency showing for upgrading account

I need to change the currency to USD from NIS for upgrading my account. How do I do this? Thanks.

I’ve read somewhere else that only Admins can do it. I have the same issue, prices are only in Czech Kronas and need to see them in EURO. Admin please !

Hi there, yes, only staff can change your account currency. I’ve tagged them, so both your currencies should be updated within the next few hours. I’m not too sure if NIS is a supported currency though.

Your account is set to the currency ILS (Israeli New Shekel), so you should be seeing all prices at My Site ->Plans in that currency. Where are you seeing it shown in USD?
I’ve updated your account to EUR as requested.

Correct, it is currently in NIS but I would like it in USD as that is the currency I use and I want to upgrade my plan. Thank you for your help.
