Wrong currency (TL to RUB)

  I have just created this account and I wanted to create a website for myself, but the currency is wrong. I need Russian Rubles. It displays Turkish Lira.

  Yes, I have more questions. Why does my husbands account has VAT tax at the checkout and I’m not? His nickname is weanwind. He says his account is also Russian. Can you check? What’s the difference then? We both want to get a standard subscription on each account, but why he has VAT and I’m not?
