I’m not sure I understand, I see that you did make a purchase on WordPress.com at one time, but it was in 2016 was in $ USD, and not INR. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
Can you tell us more about the issue you are having with your recent transaction? Can you describe what you purchased and tell us the URL of the site you purchased it for so we can look it up in our system?

Yes, you are right that I did one transaction in 2016 of dollars for the url https://wordpress.com/home/fictiontorealitydotcom.wordpress.com.
I have one more URl i.e. https://canadacalling118017485.wordpress.com/
Yesterday received a message from my bank that INR 1050 is been debited from my account for Vin * WordPress. Screen shot is as below. The screen shot stated as below
Dear customer, transaction of INR 1050 done on ICICI Bank Account XX482 on 27th March 22. Info : VIN*WORDPRESS….
Please reimburse INR 1050 for the above issue.

₹ 1,050charge for a domain auto-renewal on a different WordPress.com user account. You’ll need to login to your other account to manage your upgrade.You can cancel eligible upgrades for a refund by going to Personal Settings ⭢ Manage Purchases here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
Just click on the individual upgrade, and the cancel/refund button will be on the bottom of the next screen.
Please note that our refund policy for annual plans is 14-days, while domains are 96-hours, as outlined here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy
