Wrong domain

I have bought a domain from WordPress.com but the it doesn’t work. There was an error when I registed but my account is credited.
I received a email as the receipt ( WordPress.com Payment Receipt ) but WordPress.com sold me the domain as it’s free, example: http://example.wordpress.com. I’m not stupid to buy a free domain of WordPress. I registed my favorite domain!
Unluckily, WordPress.com are on holiday and can not support me. On 2 Jan, when you come back from holiday, my upgrade gets over 2 days, can I still get my refund if I want?
Please help me!

I have checked in Setting –> Domains and there is only one my subdomain from WordPress.com.
Where is my new bought domain?
I want to bought one, WordPress sold me other free one which is my current WordPress domain.

With support closed for the holidays, I don’t think you can even use the contact form at all. When they are closed, we’ve been modlooking the threads they need to have a look at. Someone modlooked this one.

Try this: After logged in, look on the left side. Under “Upgrades”, click “domains”. You may see two listings: your dot wordpress address and the domain you bought. Select your domain name in the circle button and click update primary domain.
If that was not your problem, then please contact wordpress.com staff.

I’m so sorry for disturbing everyone. But all the staffs are on their holiday and I couldn’t contact them. No contact form. No telephone available!
I will come back with them after their holiday.
