wrong domain given

hello. Yesterday was my first time in the site and I got a premium account, which should give me the right to a custom domain. So I chose it but actually another one complete different was registered and now when I ask to correct the domain,the only way is pay more, but I chose and already paid this plan just because I could have a custom domain. What Do I need to do in this case?

Thanks millio. Yesterday itself I tried to cancel but I did not receive any confirmation about cancel and refund.
