wrong domain in domain mapping

  My client tried to set up domain mapping on http://www.westwoodcountryhouse.wordpress.com and included an extra / at the end, the website will not work. We have all the setting correct with the domain host. Is this the problem?

  It looks like your client accidentally purchased a Site Redirect upgrade, so I have swapped it out for the correct Domain Mapping upgrade for their domain westwoodcountryhouse.com. Please note that it may take some time for their domain to begin working properly on their site.
